Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the construction products industry to lead and expand our distributor sales efforts across Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy tailored to the construction sector, leveraging your industry knowledge to maximize revenue growth. You will manage existing distributor relationships, identify new partners, and ensure products are well-represented and effectively positioned within the market.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the European construction market, focusing on distributor channels.
* Manage and strengthen relationships with existing distributors, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to drive sales and meet targets.
* Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors to broaden our reach and increase sales opportunities within the construction sector.
* Collaborate with distributors to develop and execute targeted marketing and sales campaigns that resonate with construction professionals.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape within the construction industry to identify opportunities and challenges.
* Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and forecasts to senior management, with a focus on construction-specific trends and needs.
* Work closely with product development and marketing teams to ensure our construction products meet market demands and are effectively promoted.
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and distributor meetings relevant to the construction sector to represent the company and strengthen relationships.

Qualifications:
* Proven track record of successfully managing distributor networks and achieving sales targets in Europe's construction sector.
* Strong understanding of the European construction market, including key players, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
