Key Responsibilities:
Perform Mig and Tig welding tasks efficiently according to precise drawings.
Support the demands of the Weld/Fab shop within a busy manufacturing setting.
Ensure operator quality control and adhere to good health and safety practices.
Work as part of a team in a cellular manufacturing system and support Work Centre 01.
Deliver and fabricate parts to drawings and specifications within set timelines to meet quality standards.
Manage self-directed tasks effectively when working unsupervised.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and completion of works order through the Infor system.
Promote and maintain exceptional health, safety, and housekeeping standards within the company's BSI 45001 Health & Safety management system.
Job Requirements:
Proven ability to perform both Mig and Tig welding techniques.
Capacity to interpret drawings and execute work with high precision.
Strong understanding of health and safety requirements and responsibilities.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Ability to work productively in both supervised and unsupervised settings.
Enthusiasm and flexibility to meet the fluctuating needs of the production schedule.
