Welder Fabricator

**An Excellent opportunity for a Skilled MIG / TIG Welder Fabricator to join a well-established company based in Romsey

**Job Type**:Full-time -Permanent.**

**Salary**:£30,420 - £35,100 Per Annum, Depending on Experience.

**Location:** Romsey, Hampshire.

**The Company:
They are a local lift manufacturer with nearly 50 years of experience helping their customers achieve mobility in their homes and business with their lift solutions. They now have an opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Welder to join their team in their Romsey Head Office, helping people and making a real impact by manufacturing lifting equipment (stairlifts, through-floor lifts, and platform lifts) vital to their everyday life.

**The Role:
- MIG and TIG weld/fabrication of mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium in light gauge materials
- Sanding and surface finishing
- Work from engineering drawings
- Consistently produce work of a high standard
- Working a 45 hour week - day shift and twilight shift available.

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably with a recognised welding qualification.
- Knowledge of quality procedures and health and safety.
- Accurate and methodical.
- Able to produce a good surface finish when welding light gauge sheet material.
- Flexible attitude.
