We are actively seeking candidates with a strong background in SEN, particularly those with experience and knowledge in supporting individuals with moderate to severe Autism and behavior management skills. Previous experience in SEN, whether personal or professional, is a requirement for this role. Daily Duties:
- Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, assisting them in their academic and personal development.
- Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to create and implement individualized education plans for students.
- Support students in developing social skills and promoting positive behavior management techniques.
- Assist in the preparation and adaptation of learning materials to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents/guardians.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field of SEN education.
