* Driver Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for drivers, ensuring smooth communication and resolving any issues promptly.

* Transport Administration: Manage and update transport records, schedules, and other essential documents.

* Spreadsheet Management: Maintain and update spreadsheets with accurate data entries related to transport activities.

* Data Administration: Handle and organise transport data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

* Driver De-Briefing: Conduct de-briefing sessions with drivers at the end of their shifts to gather and document necessary information.

* General Admin Duties: Support the team with various administrative tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For:

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

* Experience in transport or logistics administration is preferred but not essential.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

* A team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
