The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of regular classroom teachers. Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans across a range of subjects and year groups.
Managing classroom behavior and ensuring a positive learning environment.
Providing support to students, answering questions, and facilitating learning activities.
Following school policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive learning environment.Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Previous experience working with secondary school students is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior and engage students in learning.
