Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire
Contract:
Salary: £98.42 PAYE / £124.60 UMB per day.

Main duties and responsibilities
The post holder will support the CHC Heads of service in discharging their responsibility to provide assurance to all stakeholders that the CHC service are delivering a high quality, effective, person centred and value for money service.
The post holder will deliver an effective and competent level of administration within the Continuing Healthcare Team, promoting good customer service and effective working relationships.
The post holder will be responsible for inputting and maintaining data on data systems, together with the associated correspondence, ensuring a flexible/adaptable approach to their work in order to meet various deadlines and targets.
Person Specification
* Demonstrable experience of working in a busy administrative environment
* Experience dealing with customers or service users
* Experience working with computerised data systems
* Awareness of equality and valuing diversity principles
* Understanding of Confidentiality and Data Protection Act
* High level of keyboard skills and able to use Microsoft Office programmes
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Good numeracy skills
* Effective organiser, influencer & problem solver
* Able to work on own initiative, organising and prioritising own workload to set deadlines
* Clear communicator with good writing, data entry and telephone skills
* Flexible approach to work
* Good observational skills are essential
