This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of patient care and guide a dedicated team in delivering exceptional outcomes. You'll provide strategic direction, ensure the highest quality of care, and champion innovative approaches to neurorehabilitation.

Here's what you'll be doing:

Providing strategic leadership and direction for the neurorehabilitation department.
Overseeing the clinical performance of the team and ensuring adherence to best practices.
Championing innovative and evidence-based rehabilitation approaches.
Identifying and implementing opportunities for service improvement.
Fostering a positive and supportive work environment for your team.
Contributing to the development and training of staff.
Liaising with external stakeholders, including consultants and commissioners.
We're looking for someone who:

Is a registered nurse (NMC) with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior neurorehabilitation role.
Possesses strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
Has a proven track record of service improvement and innovation.
Demonstrates a passion for neurorehabilitation and a commitment to patient-centred care.
Is an excellent communicator with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
