Role Overview: As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the teaching staff and contributing to the educational and personal development of the students. You will assist in creating a positive and effective learning environment, ensuring that all students can thrive and achieve their full potential.
Main Duties:
Classroom Support: Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons. Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a conducive learning environment.
Student Assistance: Work with individual students or small groups to provide tailored support, particularly those who may require additional help.
Resource Preparation: Prepare teaching materials and resources as directed by the teacher.
Inclusive Education: Support the inclusion of students, including those with special educational needs, by adapting tasks and activities as necessary.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties such as maintaining student records, preparing displays, and organizing classroom supplies.Qualifications and Experience:
Essential: Right to work in the UK.
Preferred: Experience in an educational setting such as a primary/secondary school, nursery, or college.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
