With a minimum of 10 years of experience, the successful candidate will be adept at planning, team management, and preventing the snowballing of jobs.

Project Manager

Annual Salary: £40,000 (with salary review after 6 months)
Location: To be confirmed
Job Type: Full-time

Day-to-day of the role:

Direct communication with clients to understand their needs and maintain strong relationships.
Implement effective organisation and planning strategies using tools like Excel to manage projects efficiently.
Lead and manage a team, ensuring that everyone is aligned with the project goals and deadlines.
Oversee the service delivery, ensuring high-quality standards are met and signing off on completed work.
Utilise your damp proofing expertise to guide the planning and execution of projects.
Proactively engage in the planning process to prevent job backlog and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a damp proofing background.
Proven track record of effective client communication and relationship management.
Strong organisational skills and proficiency in planning tools such as Excel.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Experience in overseeing service delivery and quality control.
A proactive approach to planning and problem-solving
