Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 2 or 3 qualification in a relevant subject and will be passionate about supporting the educational and social development of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting teachers in the preparation and delivery of lessons.
* Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional help.
* Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

* Supervising and ensuring the safety of students during activities and breaks.
* Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a tidy and organized classroom.
Requirements:
* Level 2 or 3 qualification in a relevant subject.
* Possession of a current DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
* Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly desirable.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
