We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Product Leader to join our clients team. The Product Leader will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our products, from concept to production. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead cross-functional teams through the product development process, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
* Collaborate with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions.
* Define and implement product manufacturing strategies, including production schedules, resource allocation, and quality control measures.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and increase efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
* Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and differentiation.
* Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
* Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development.
* Serve as a subject matter expert on product manufacturing techniques, materials, and technologies.
Experience:
* Proven track record of successfully bringing products from concept to production.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
* Deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
* Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
