One of our Public Sector clients based in Bedfordshire is looking for a Repairs Surveyor on an interim basis for 6 months initially.

Ideally you will:

Be RICS or CIOB qualified (although not essential)
Based Locally to Bedfordshire (1 day in office but site visits every day, rest WFH for admin side)
Have 3+ years experience within a housing, repairs or disrepair background and have worked ideally in a Local Authority or Housing Association setting previously.
Responsibilities include:

Working on the planned capital/cyclical works programme
Pre and post inspections, preparing specifications/ drawings, preparing tenders
Responsive repairs and project management work.
