As the Commercial Director, you will be entrusted with the following key responsibilities:

* Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies in alignment with the company's overarching goals, conducting market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
* Sales and Revenue Management: Lead the sales team to surpass revenue targets, implementing effective pricing strategies and nurturing relationships with key customers.
* Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and devise market entry strategies while staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
* Commercial Ownership: Spearheading Commercial, Marketing and NPD teams towards common goals.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

* Proven senior leadership experience in the FMCG industry
* Extensive experience in both private label and branded growth
* Demonstrated success in developing and executing commercial strategies
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities
* Strong analytical and financial management skills
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Education to Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
