The Role
We're excited to offer a position for an Engineering Project Manager to join our team, contributing significantly as we launch our cutting-edge technology. You will guide our projects from technology development through to product realisation, ensuring that our innovative solutions transition into market-ready offerings. Your strategic oversight will enable and co-ordinate team efforts, aligning them with project milestones and customer expectations. A good understanding of the underlying technology is vital for you to effectively manage the project’s specific requirements, anticipate potential challenges, and ensure the commercial feasibility of solutions.
This is a full-time, permanent position and the role requirement is to be on-site with the Engineering and Management teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Ensure engineering/commercial projects are delivered to time/scope/budget requirements.
· Plan and define projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
· Coordinate internal and external resources to execute projects.
· Ensure effective communication between team members and stakeholders.
· Oversee the quality of all outputs as per company/published standards and client expectations.
· Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
· Manage project budgets, costs, and risks.
· Producing project documentation as required by Levistor or the customer.
· Adhere to the company’s policies and procedures and complying with Levistor’s professional code of conduct.

· Leadership: to inspire and motivate the team, make decisions confidently, delegate, manage resources, and maintain a positive team atmosphere even under pressure.
· Adaptability: to cope with the uncertainty and risks in new technology, handle sudden change, navigate obstacles, stay calm, and find ways to keep projects on track.

· Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
· A willingness and ability to quickly gain knowledge in new or unfamiliar areas.
Skills and Qualifications
· A formal qualification in mechanical or electrical/electronic engineering or closely related discipline.
· Experience in managing engineering projects, especially in guiding new technology into the market.
· Commercially astute with demonstrable experience with estimating, setting budgets and managing/tracking costs.
· Exceptional organisation skills with a working knowledge of project and risk management tools and methodologies
