Exciting Opportunity for a Electrical Multi-Skilled Engineer

We are currently seeking a talented Electrical Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our client's dynamic manufacturing team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of our client's plant and machinery, contributing to increased quality, productivity, efficiency, and cost savings.

Salary: £42,000

Location: Deeside

Duration: Permanent

Hours: Part-time/Full-time available

Responsibilities:

Plan, record, and implement preventative maintenance programmes for plant and machinery, while organising and negotiating service contracts.
Diagnose and repair emergency breakdowns promptly to minimise production downtime.
Identify potential line modifications to enhance overall output and efficiency.
Coordinate service and maintenance contracts, supporting the implementation of key training initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accreditations.Key Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of Lean principles, especially autonomous maintenance and SMED.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Strong organisational and communication abilities.
Familiarity with procurement processes and supplier management.
Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or relevant field.
Certification in Engineering Maintenance or related area is desired.
