Are you a people person with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Our client, a leading customer service organisation based in Birmingham, is currently seeking Bilingual Customer Service Advisors to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you can make a real difference.

The Role:

Engage with customers over the phone, providing outstanding service and resolving any queries or concerns.
Booking appointments for sales reps to attend site
Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Be part of a collaborative team, working towards achieving targets and delivering exceptional service.
Utilise excellent communication skills to convey information effectively and professionally.
