Are you a people person with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Our client, a leading customer service organisation based in Birmingham, is currently seeking Bilingual Customer Service Advisors to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you can make a real difference.

The Role:

  • Engage with customers over the phone, providing outstanding service and resolving any queries or concerns.
  • Booking appointments for sales reps to attend site
  • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Be part of a collaborative team, working towards achieving targets and delivering exceptional service.
  • Utilise excellent communication skills to convey information effectively and professionally.
