A leading London Healthcare Recruitment company is seeking a dynamic Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their Qualified Social Work Division. You will be part of an established team with access to a hot desk. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and experienced recruiter looking to advance their career.

In this role, you will be tasked with growing and building a hot desk to achieve successful billing levels in line with an allocated budget. The role demands a high level of business development and client relationship management, ensuring exceptional service to both locums and clients.

Job Purpose:

* Build a hot desk to a successful billing level in line with your budget

* Engage in business development and manage client relationships

* Provide exceptional service to locums and clients

Responsibilities:

* Manage existing client relationships

* Cold call to develop new business

* Provide comprehensive activity and financial updates

* Update stakeholders as appropriate

* Plan and execute sales plans to meet your budget

* Make initial calls to new prospective locums and clients

* Manage and update appropriate pipeline/trackers

* Ensure smooth running of desk timesheets for Payroll

* Collaborate with the Compliance Department to ensure candidates meet compliance levels

* Meet individual KPIs

* Achieve personal budget targets

* Support Head of Division as appropriate

You should possess:

* At least 2 years of recruitment experience placing Social Workers

* A self-motivated and target-driven attitude

* A proven history of successfully growing a cold desk

* A proven history of achieving financial and activity targets

* Experience in managing and onboarding both new and existing business

* Desirable: experience in mentoring and supporting Junior Consultants
