The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team in Soho, London. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing your own recruitment business across four London Boroughs, specializing in the recruitment of education professionals for Primary, Secondary, and SEN settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all Teaching, TA, and Support Staff roles across four London Boroughs.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Pro-actively develop new business opportunities and identify new contacts to increase revenue.
  • Undertake effective candidate attraction and management strategies to engage with and place high-quality candidates.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues in your team and across the wider Sugarman and AWS business.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years' experience within the Recruitment Industry, ideally within Education Recruitment.
  • A proven track record in new business development, securing new schools.
  • The ability to maintain existing relationships and maximize revenue from existing clients.
  • Commercial acumen, identifying leads from schools and candidates, and effectively translating them into new business meetings and securing new work.
  • Excellent candidate management and engagement experience.
  • A proven track record in achieving KPI and Revenue Targets.
  • The ability to work collaboratively and closely with the team to achieve goals.
