Role: Interim care services manager
Location: Bristol or Exeter
Salary: £42.65 per hour
This is an interim role within Regulated Care intended to build management capacity for the duration of a busy project. You will be working as part of the Senior Management Team to support the transition of regulated care services to new care providers. You will be part of a team delivering on a project action plan whilst contributing to delivery of high-quality business as usual.
The successful candidate will need a flexible approach to work, your time will be spent between project management, being involved in the day to day oversight of our care schemes across Bristol and Devon, and carrying out some Quality Audit duties. Some key responsibilities will include:
* Deliver your allocated tasks as part of the Project Action Plan group
* Assume line management of services in the absence of other Heads of Service or Registered Managers
* Carry out some quality audit functions and support services to maintain and improve regulatory compliance during a time of change
* Participate in the on call rota for Heads of Service
* As required, oversee efficient and effective people management.
* Ensure excellent person-centred care and support plans and risk assessments are in place and staff are supported to develop these.
* Deliver successful performance against business KPIs
* Ensure rostering systems are used effectively to deploy staff to meet commissioned, budgeted and person-centred requirements.
