Role Overview:

As an M&E Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing mechanical and electrical installations across our projects. Your primary focus will be on air conditioning and ventilation systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, efficiency, and safety. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage M&E Projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of mechanical and electrical installations, with a strong emphasis on air conditioning and ventilation systems.

* Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to ensure all mechanical works comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

* Team Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to coordinate M&E activities and ensure seamless integration with overall project plans.

* Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure all M&E installations meet our stringent quality standards.

* Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

* Health & Safety: Promote and enforce a strong health and safety culture on all sites, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.

* Client Liaison: Maintain effective communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns related to M&E aspects of the project.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Proven experience as an M&E Manager, with a mechanical bias and strong expertise in air conditioning and ventilation systems.

* In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical installations, standards, and regulations.

* Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

* Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or a related field.

* Experience working with a Tier 2 Main Contractor is highly desirable
