Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Candidate Consultant to join our SEND Department. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for education and an interest in recruitment and human resources. The successful candidate will be instrumental in sourcing and placing top-quality teaching and support staff in SEN schools, ensuring that we meet the unique needs of each school and uphold our mission to make a difference in education.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract top-tier teaching and support staff through diverse recruitment channels.
Conduct thorough screening, interviews, and reference checks to assess candidate suitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing candidates to ensure a steady talent pipeline.
Work closely with consultants to understand client needs and align candidates with appropriate roles.
Manage communications with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Uphold the company’s values and vision in all recruitment activities.
Participate in team-building activities and company social events.
Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment, including maintaining candidate records and databases.
Requirements:

Proven experience in recruitment or a similar field, ideally within the education sector.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
