Their award-winning Financial Institutions Group are looking for an exceptional NQ Solicitor to join their busy, Tier 1 Insurance department.

The Opportunity

They are one of the most successful US law firms to have established a combined U.S. and European capability in Europe and have won various awards for being Insurance Team of the Year in multiple jurisdictions.

Their market-leading Insurance team represent all parties including purchasers, sellers, target companies, cedants, reinsurers and their founders/boards of directors/management, as well as investment banking firms, lenders, financial advisors and financial sponsors.

They advise on wide variety transactions including:

M&A,
Reinsurances,
Portfolio transfers,
Public and private financings,
Regulatory advisory work,
Restructurings and reorganisationsIn the regulatory area, they regularly advise on insurance and other regulatory issues, including authorisations, regulatory capital issues, securities issuances, investments, solvency, permissible activities and insurance products.

Technically excellent NQ Solicitor who has trained at another US Law Firm, Magic Circle or Silver Circle Law Firm
Must have either recently qualified or be due to qualify in August/September 2024.
MUST have experience in Corporate Insurance
Have the ability to articulate a genuine enthusiasm for a career in Corporate Insurance
