About the Role

We are looking for NQ Solicitors who have completed their training contract at top 50 firms and have qualified between January and May 2025. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Leveraged Finance
  • Structured Finance
  • Capital Markets
  • Private Funds
  • Corporate Tax
  • Corporate Insurance
  • M&A and PE
  • Restructuring
  • Arbitration and Litigation
  • Real Estate and Construction

The successful candidate will be a strong academic with a 2.1 degree and will be looking to take their career to the next level in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
