Are you an engineer who is experienced working with Siemens turbines and looking for a role at a global company where you will be able to further progress your career?
On offer is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer with strong knowledge of Siemens wind turbines as well as high voltage experience to join a growing company who operate across the UK and Europe and who have ambitions to become a Tier 1 operator within the independent market.
This company are an independent service provider, working primarily within the wind sector, with offices across the globe. Due to continued success and an ongoing programme of growth, they are now looking to recruit a Technical Manager to help them on their journey to becoming a Tier 1 operator.
In this role the successful candidate will support the projects team with technical aspects of projects acting as the go to technical expert at the company. They will also oversee work carried out by technicians to ensure work is carried out in accordance with the necessary standards and expectations. This will be an office-based role with hybrid working options available and site travel also as part of the role.
The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering and have strong knowledge of Siemens wind turbines. They will also be high voltage authorised and hold SAP status. They will need to be commutable to Grimsby at least a few times a week and be prepared to travel to sites across the UK when needed.
