Are you seeking a new permanent opportunity to support adults with mental health issues? Exciting new opportunities for Recovery Workers to provide support to adults with mental health needs.

Working for a leading mental health charity we are seeking skilled Recovery Workers to work within a supported accommodation service for males and females with mental health issues.

The role:

To provide support to adults with mental health supporting with day to day support
Work with individualised support plans, offering therapeutic and practical support
Support with any medication needs where required
Be flexible to work on a rota basis including early, late and sleep in shifts The ideal person:

Ideally you will have experience of supporting adults with mental health needs
Be flexible, proactive and a good team player
Have a positive attitude and the ability to communicate well with people, both verbal and written
Good IT skills and ability to produce accurate report writing. Hold strong values and have a genuine interest in supporting people with mental health needs.
