Talent Acquisition Professional - Cambridge - Salary up to £45,000 - Hybrid (2 days in office)

Talent Acquisition professional required to join the internal recruitment team of a busy, quality driven, Cambridge based organisation. The role will be undertaken on a hybrid basis, 2 days in the office.

Main duties will include:

* Managing the full lifecycle recruitment process, from briefing through to hire, including; headhunting, sourcing and acquiring talent via job boards and LinkedIn

* Building strong relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders

* Administration and management of the ATS

* Leading and guiding interviews

* Project planning and implementation

* Champion the candidate journey, ensuring all applicants have a positive experience

The successful candidate will have:

* 5+ years recruitment/talent experience either internal or agency

* Experience building talent pools and networks

* Previous experience of managing and maintaining an ATS

* Confident communication and relationship building skills
