Contract - 2nd September – 30th November

The Salary:

£11.64 per hour

The Job Role:

We have four temporary opportunities available with our long-standing client located in Holmewood, Chesterfield. This temporary contract is due to start on 2nd September and will end on 30th November.

Working as part of the Survey Operations team, the successful candidates will be provided with full training on all computers and machinery. This role will require strict attention to detail as well as working within a fast-paced environment.

Typical duties within the role will include the following;

* Operating machinery, printers and scanners (full training will be provided)

* Printing and checking letters and questionnaires

* Checking email mailing invitations and managing their send out

* Processing outgoing surveys ready for dispatch

* Picking and packing questionnaires ahead of being couriered to clients

* Opening and sorting incoming post

* Using the company’s bespoke database (training will be provided)

* Coding and inputting completed survey information and comments as necessary

* Receiving deliveries

* Performing regular stock counts

* Inputting information using MS Excel

* General filing and archiving

* Computer literate and confident using MS Excel

* Exceptional attention to detail

* Willingness to learn

* Motivated and focussed working in a busy environment

* Flexibility to work alternative hours on a short-term basis
