A well-established and reputable architectural practice is seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director of Architecture to join their team. This role is an exceptional opportunity for a talented team leader, Architect, or Technologist to make a significant impact across multiple sectors, including Blue Light, Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Leisure.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Associate Director:
Lead and inspire a team of architects and technologists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Deliver high-quality architectural designs and solutions using Revit and BIM, ensuring best practices and standards are met.
Manage projects effectively from inception through to completion, maintaining close communication with clients and stakeholders.
Contribute to the strategic development and growth of the business, working closely with senior management.
Proven experience as a team leader in an architectural practice, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across the mentioned sectors.
Proficiency in Revit and BIM is essential, with hands-on experience in delivering projects using these tools.
Previous experience in an AJ 100 Practice is advantageous but not essential.
Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
Relevant qualifications: ARB registered if an Architect or CIAT accredited if applying as a Senior Architectural Technologist.
Substantial UK based experience.
