Role Responsibilities will include:

* Ownership of Client Enquiries as directed by Line Manager.

* Compliance with A&L/Client H&S Procedures at all times

* Ensuring Construction H&S Procedures are adhered to at all times

* Compliance with Company Tendering Processes

* Framework Management

* Pricing, Preparing, Planning and Delivering Projects.

* Managing Site and Operational Staff.

* Developing Risk Assessments, Method Statements & Safe Systems of Work.

* Ensuring Quality and Service is maintained at all times

* Planning, Preparing & Leading Site Resource.

* Ensuring Compliance with Client Specification

* Procurement of Plant, Material & Resource for Project Deliverables.

* Client Engagement and Relationship Building

* Site Supervision where necessary

* Leadership and Commitment to meeting Company Targets & KPI’s

* Loyalty and Endeavour to deliver Quality and Service at all times
