Admissions Coordinator

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Admissions Coordinator to join a busy Admissions and Marketing team, at a pivotal time of growth, for a full-time, all-year round position.

Admissions Coordinator Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

Responsible for managing the admissions from initial enquiry to first day
Build rapport with prospects and ensure they receive a timely and appropriate response
Support the smooth running of the admissions database and take responsibility for the admissions records
Organise visits, assessments and events such as Open Days
Maintain the admissions number forecast, regularly reporting and forecasting numbers
Build on existing relationships and encourage prospects to register and accept place offers

Admissions Coordinator Essentials

The successful candidate will be a confident and personable communicator.
Experience of working in a busy customer-facing, administrative role.
Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness and the ability to multi-task and thrive in a busy environment.
Excellent written English and numeracy skills, which will be tested at the interview stage.
Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to team working.
Location

This is a fully office-based position in Oxford, please only apply if you can commute to the office every day. There is free onsite parking and excellent transport links nearby.
