About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join our passionate team. This role has become available due to the expansion of our school to accommodate growing student numbers. As a KS1 Teacher, you will lead a class of 25 eager learners, guiding them through the foundational years of their education journey. This full-time, long-term position offers a competitive daily rate of £160-£210. You will play a crucial role in shaping young minds, and creating an engaging and supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and a love for learning.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.

• A genuine passion for working with young children and understanding of child development.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.

• Creativity and adaptability in lesson planning and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports individual student needs.

• Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and adapting teaching strategies as necessary.

• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development.
