About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis. This role has become available due to the expansion of our teaching team to accommodate growing class sizes. You will be working with a lively class of 25 eager learners, fostering a love of learning and supporting their academic and personal development. This role stands out because of our commitment to professional growth and a collaborative working environment. You will have the opportunity to contribute to innovative teaching methods and be part of a forward-thinking team that values creativity and engagement.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience in KS1 education.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and innovative teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support student development.
