Building Services Engineer

East Grinstead

Up to £40K

TS Recruitment are working with a nationwide facilities management company, who are looking to add Building Services Engineer's to their ranks within the East Grinstead area. Mechanical or Electrical biased individuals.

You will be responsible for managing both planned preventative maintenance and reactive duties for commercial properties.

Requirements:

· Prior experience in building services, property services, or facilities management.

· Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

· Comfortable working independently or as part of a team, even under pressure.

· Possession of a Level 2 qualification in air conditioning/refrigeration or level 3 qualification in electrical installation .
