About the role:

This full-time role is a replacement position due to a staff member’s retirement, offering an exciting opportunity to join a thriving team dedicated to educational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for a KS2 class with a manageable size, ensuring a supportive and engaging learning environment. This role stands out due to the school’s exceptional reputation, supportive staff team, and commitment to student development.

• Hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum.

• Show a passion for inspiring and motivating students.

• Have experience in managing a KS2 classroom effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.

• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support.

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement effective teaching strategies.

• Engage with parents and guardians to ensure a collaborative approach to student development.
