Job Title: KS2 Teacher

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated KS2 teacher to join our team at a reputable primary school in Hackney. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality lessons and providing a supportive learning environment for students.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that involves managing a class of students, creating engaging lesson plans, and working closely with a teaching assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the academic success of their students and contributing to the overall excellence of the school.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
  • Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching assistant to support student learning
  • Assess student progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly
  • Contribute to the development of the school's curriculum and policies
Requirements:
  • QTS or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in planning and delivering lessons
  • Available immediately
  • Level 1 safeguarding certificate
  • Experience as a class teacher
  • Recent school-based references
  • Full DBS
