Customs Manager Role:

Responsible for working closely with external customers and clients, senior management and freight forwarding departments
Being the 'go to' expert for everything Customs related and being the primary contact with HMRC authorities.
To manage all UK customs duty and VAT processes for the UK business whilst ensuring they comply with the correct documentation, customs regulations and procedures.

Essential Criteria:

Experience in a similar role : UK Customs Manager, Senior Customs Manager, Regional Customs Manager, Country Customs Manager
Experience of IPR, End Use, Home Use, Bonded Goods & Carnet regimes
Proven commercial background
Strong IT Skills - Excel, PowerPoint & Word
Customs Tariff & Duty expert
Customs compliance
