Secondary Classroom Cover Supervisor - Worthing

At Engage, we’re working with a school in Worthing to recruit a full-time cover supervisor that can join the team in its commitment to improving the attainment of all pupils. This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit team and make a real difference to the lives of your pupils.

About the role

You will be leading lessons and covering in the absence of class teachers for varying subjects at a school in Worthing to start as soon as possible. You will receive training provided by the school and Engage Education, and will be a part of a close and dynamic team. This role has very little planning and marking. This is a good school which is supported by its local community and strives to ensure all students reach their academic and personal potential. This school is easy to reach via public transport.

We welcome applications from candidates with any level of experience, although previous experience of working with students with challenging behaviour will be an advantage. This role could also suit a candidate with experience of working as a Youth Worker or Behaviour Mentor.
