Salary: England (with a TLR) - Competitive, dependent on experience

KS1 Phase Lead Key Responsibilities:

* Lead KS1 team, ensuring top teaching standards with vision, direction, and support.

* Collaborate to create engaging curriculum catering to all learners' needs.

* Support KS1 teachers' growth through coaching, mentoring, and professional development.

* Foster positive relationships, encouraging collaboration for education.

KS1 Phase Lead Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in Key Stage 1.

* Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues.

* Excellent understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and assessment practices.

* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders.

* Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
