Our Client is a leading provider of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions in the Thames Valley region. With a reputation for excellence and innovation, they are committed to delivering top-tier service to commercial and residential clients. They are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Project Manager to join their team and help continue to grow and expand their reach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management:
* Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of HVAC projects.
* Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and installation, to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
* Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or challenges that arise.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
* Client Relations:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
* Selling products to clients.
* Provide regular updates to clients on project status and address any concerns promptly.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
* Technical Expertise:
* Maintain a thorough understanding of HVAC systems and solutions.
* Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams.
* Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
* Travel:
* Travel extensively within the Thames Valley region to meet with clients and oversee project sites.
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the HVAC industry.
* Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and solutions.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively within the Thames Valley region
