Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to the needs of all students.
Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic and personal growth.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils.
Participate in extracurricular activities and school events, contributing to the wider school community.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting.
Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
A commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to embrace new teaching methods.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
