Do you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional accountancy environment? Our client is looking for a Corporate Tax Manager, you will be supporting the Tax Consulting team or other Support Centre teams.
Key Responsibilities as Corporate Tax Manager:
* To assist with the provision of advice on a range of corporate tax matters including:
* corporate reconstructions
* employee share schemes
* SEIS/EIS advance assurance and compliance applications
* research and development tax relief claims
* Other tasks to support the Tax Consulting Team or other Support Centre Teams. This may include preparing and delivering training.
Key Requirements:
* ACA, ACCA, CTA or qualified by experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and active listening skills
* A minimum of two years’ experience in a professional accountancy environment
* Able to work remotely and to work well within a team
