Description

Leverage the SyteLine ERP system to develop short-term plant production schedules, being mindful of long-term goals.
Establish and evaluate scheduling priorities for job orders.
Resolve Supply, Demand, and Capacity issues while optimizing both labor and equipment utilization.
Execute efficient schedules to drive the highest possible OTIF or OTD.
Perform all capacity planning activities and coordinate output with all production areas.
Use the SyteLine ERP to integrate Sales Orders with master schedule; coordinate availability of raw materials, supplies, equipment, and workers as needed to meet delivery dates.
Evaluate current procedures and recommend changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects.
Ensure all Work Orders and projects are properly documented and closed in scheduling systems.
Assess and implement ERP techniques needed to plan, schedule, control, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of production operations.
Communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management team.
Monitor and report any important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
Maintain and add all customer related forecasts into Syteline.
Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
Communicate production schedule to staff members promptly.
Manage load leveling and bottleneck scheduling and utilize the theory of constraints (TOC) for more accurate scheduling.
Generate and maintain production orders within Syteline in alignment with the production plans for commercial and validation processes.Profile

You must have a background in manufacturing and be used to fast paced environments
Have ERP/MRP experience (SAP,SyteLine,Excel)
Have the will to win, and be a fantastic communicator
