An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time New Business administrator person to join this busy, Woodbridge based team in the financial services sector. This is a customer-focussed role, supporting the new clients through the onboarding process, maintaining relationships and supporting with the growth of existing business. You will be part of a fast-paced team managing the work generated by the Partner and offering support as required.
Offering 25-35 hours per week to suit individual, flexible and hybrid working and can fit around school hours if needed for the right person.
Salary of £23-28,000 p/a pro rata, depending on experience, plus company pension and bonus scheme.
The person:
* You have excellent IT and communication skills, are highly organised and can make decisions
* The ability to perform well under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy throughout your work.
* You will have exceptional communication skills and be highly organised with an excellent eye for detail.
* You will have strong problem-solving skills, be a confident decision maker and able to work with little or no supervision.
* You are a self-starter and able to work with little or no supervision. Full support and training will be provided.
Key responsibilities for the New Business administrator:
* You will be providing a high level of technical and administrative support while maintaining an excellent level of customer service to clients of the Practice
* You will be a point of contact for clients and third parties dealing with general enquiries
* You will be responsible for business submission using bespoke software
* You will need to ensure that business obtained is being processed in a timely way
* Due to the nature of the business, tasks must be completed within a timely manner.
* Assisting in the analysis and preparation of recommendations made by advisers.
* Assisting the Advisers to prepare for client meetings.
Additional responsibilities:
* Responsible for delivering, promoting and enhancing the business’s client-facing strategy and one-to-one interactions with clients.
* Develop and implement marketing plans to strengthen the relationship with existing clients and attract prospective new clients.
* Support end-to-end management of client events as well as liaising and organising presentations and prospect management.
