Salary:
Hourly: £20.84- £27.78 per hour.
Project Management Associate Role:
The VEO (Value Evidence and Outcomes), International Medical Affairs Project Manager provides portfolio-level support of operations for Real World Evidence and Health Outcomes Projects.
Project management support covers planning, execution and close-out and includes vendor management, project approvals, contract initiation, budget monitoring and control, change control, milestone maintenance, invoice reconciliation, records management.
Partner with scientists and Global PMs to provide strategic and tactical updates to VEO Operational team as needed.
Facilitate annual business planning and subsequent, ongoing quarterly forecasting processes for VEO International Medical Affairs, ensuring portfolio alignment. Drive development of a plan utilizing appropriate tools that align team, functional, and geographic resources (FTEs and funding).
Track projects and associated budgets and milestones from initiation through project close-out; monitor and drive conformance to plan ensuring quality and compliance deliverables are met. Provide line-of-sight for all projects in collaboration with project owners, Global PMs and leadership.
Your Background:
Applied knowledge of project management tools and processes (e.g. management of scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk and procurement as defined by Project Management Body of Knowledge).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Previous experience with or knowledge of drug development processes in specific therapeutic area(s)
Previous experience with or knowledge of Planisware, SAP, (Salesforce) or equivalent
Practical experience performing project management for a cross-functional project.
