Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Witham

Start Date: Immediate

Senior Quantity Surveyors, come and join my clients southern commercial team Projects on average range between £10 - £50 million and the sectors include: Leisure, Justice, Defence, Education, Health and Commercial schemes.

About The Role:

As the Senior Surveyor, you will play a key role within the organisation where you will lead the team on a project, working collaboratively with both customers and industry specialists. You will add value, and always ensure best practice.

Duties and responsibilities:

Exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery.
Working alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors.
Managing the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement.
Being involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome.
Manage the project commercial team. Skills & Experience:

Main contractor experience within the Construction space
Experience of different contract forms
Experience as a Senior Surveyor on projects ranging between £10m to £50m
Experience in establishing, managing and leading a large project team
