HR Administrator

An experienced HR Administrator is required on a temporary basis to join a large manufacturing business based near Marston Green. An immediate start ideally, looking to work on a temporary basis for approximately 2-3 months. Assisting with a transition project to move to a shared service centre, you will be working in a small team to assist them during this busy period.

As a HR Administrator you will be -

Managing a shared inbox; handling queries and monitoring absences
Completing contracts for new starters and ensuring the onboarding process is followed
Liaising with shared service centre to update SAP software for associate details
Uploading all physical files onto a central server
Updating benefit plans and ensuring these are distributed to employeesIdeally for this role you will have -

Proven HR experience
IT literate, preferably with SAP experience
Confident liaising with internal staff members face-to-face, over the phone and via emailOn offer for this HR Administrator role -
