Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We're looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant mainstream primary school in the London Borough of Lewisham.
Position Details:
Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Lewisham, London
Start Date: September 2024
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
Term: Until July 2025 (Term time only)
Daily Rate: £85 - £120 per day (with potential for additional hours through breakfast and after school clubs)This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive school environment, offering excellent public transport links and on-site parking. You'll be working closely with teachers and the SENCO to provide tailored support to students, ensuring they have the best possible educational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting students with special educational needs within a mainstream classroom setting.
Assisting with lesson planning and delivery, adapting resources to meet individual needs.
Collaborating with teaching staff to monitor student progress and implement intervention strategies.
