Our client is looking for a Revit Technician to join their well-established Building Services Consultancy. The firm have over 40 years' experience delivering design and technical support across the Commercial, Residential, Leisure, Retail and Educational sectors.

Revit Technician Requirements:

Relevant Degree or Master's
Relevant Revit MEP experience
Understanding of building services engineering
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Full clean UK driving license with own vehicle
Navisworks clash detection experience
Proficient with software's such as Revit & CAD
Understanding of COBieRevit Technician Duties:

Liaise with the mechanical, electrical, and public health design engineers and other technicians
Create Revit elements and objects
Understand system and shared parameters
Interpret engineer's designs and relay into an architectural base model in Revit format, and produce 2D design stage drawings in accordance with the RIBA Wok Stages 1 to 5
Maintain Revit and CAD standards
Support with ventilation/heating/cooling systems, water services, drainage, electrical systems, and containmentBenefits:
